The latest –type super-speed overlock machine with highest rotational speed being 6000r/min, which can significantly improve the production efficiency.
2.采用HR硅油装置，使用耐热性较差的合成纤维也可用于高速缝纫，同时降低机针温度，防止断线和布料的融化。
HR silicon oil device is adopted; high-speed sewing is possible with poor-heat-resistance synthetic fiber while reducing the needle temperature to prevent thread breakage and cloth melting.
3.在针杆、摇杆部位增设吸油装置，避免漏油。
Add oil-absorbing devices in the positions of the needle bar and joystick to avoid oil leakage.
